Free forever. Powerful when you need it.

Yes. The Free edition has no time limit, no credit card and no limit on projects. It includes every design feature; only FEM structural calculation needs the Engineer edition. The Free edition may show small announcements in the future.

Press Upgrade plan in the app (or pick the plan when you sign up), choose the edition and pay by card – the edition switches on as soon as the payment is through, and the app picks it up automatically.

By card, monthly or yearly – Engineer 10 € a month or 96 € a year, Enterprise 24 € a month or 228 € a year per user (Supplier and extra storage yearly). You pay on Stripe’s secure payment page and the edition switches on as soon as the payment is through. The subscription renews every month or every year until you cancel it in Manage subscription in the app – a cancelled plan stays until the paid period ends. Change the card or download receipts there too. Prices are excl. VAT; VAT is added on the payment page for your country, and businesses can enter their VAT ID there (EU reverse charge).

One user account is one licence. You can use it in the browser and in the desktop apps on your own computers.

No. A licence is personal: one named user, signed in on at most two devices at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the one used longest ago, and a licence moved between devices too often is stopped. To work together, everyone uses their own account: with Engineer you can create a team and invite colleagues – also those on Free – to work in the team’s files.

Every file records the edition and the version it was saved with, and so do its PDFs and IFC files. A project made with Free stays a Free project when someone else opens it in Engineer or Enterprise: no FEM calculation, and its outputs say ScaffPilot Free version. When you upgrade yourself, your own projects get your new edition.

Everything in Engineer – FEM, teams and live co-editing – plus 500 MB of cloud storage per user (and 500 MB for the teams you own) and the scaffolding business modules for the whole company: projects, quotations and offers, rental and warehouse management, logistics, invoicing and reporting for several companies and business units, with company-wide user management and an overview of licences and devices.

Free 30 MB, Engineer and Supplier 300 MB and Enterprise 500 MB per user. A team has its own space: 300 MB, or 500 MB when the team owner has Enterprise. Need more? Buy extra blocks of 500 MB in the app – 5 € a month per block, excl. VAT, paid by card for a year at a time. Blocks are per storage account, so a team pays once, not per member. The cloud keeps the latest version of each file, so keep your own copies of important plans.

No. Anyone can be invited to a team or to a project, with a free account. In a team’s files they get the team’s storage and the features of the team owner’s edition – the features follow the file. A customer you send a plan to creates a free account (or signs in) and sees it read-only.

ScaffPilot users ask for quotations straight from their project and choose what the request is for: scaffolding (rent, erection and dismantling), formwork (rent, delivery or formwork planning) or site equipment (rent, delivery or installation). A scaffolding request can also ask for material to buy. Every request goes to all suppliers in the site's country that supply that product and offer what is asked; the user does not pick them. With ScaffPilot Supplier you see who is asking – name, company and contact details – and the full project, and reply directly. 10 requests a month are included per user, and every 10 more cost 5 € a month.
